Agentic AI, built on WhatsApp
A message comes in. The AI understands it, and does the work.
Yaapora is an agentic AI CRM for Indian MSMEs. At its core is a large language model
that reads an inbound WhatsApp message, works out what the business owner or customer
actually wants, and drives real actions in the CRM — creating invoices, recording
payments, updating customer records. It understands English and Hindi/Hinglish, the way
Indian small businesses actually type. Not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard — an agent
that takes action.
STEP 01
Message in
A customer or owner sends an ordinary WhatsApp message — no app to install, no dashboard to learn.
STEP 02
Intent parsed
LLM inference reads the message and resolves what needs to happen, in English or Hindi/Hinglish.
STEP 03
Agent executes
A tool-calling loop maps the intent to real operations, running through the same production services as the web CRM.
STEP 04
CRM write
The action is committed — invoice, payment, product, or customer record — and confirmed back in the chat.
AI
Language understanding built for India
The intent-parsing engine is tuned for how MSME owners really write — English and
Hindi/Hinglish, mixed freely, with the shorthand and typos of everyday WhatsApp.
It maps messy natural language to precise CRM actions.

Agentic intent-to-action loop
Yaapora doesn't just reply — it acts. A tool-calling agent turns understood intent
into real writes across invoicing, payments, catalogue, and customer records, with
interactive buttons and pickers for tap-to-confirm control.

Metered, with a hard ceiling
Every AI action is metered against an enforced cost ceiling that blocks over-limit
sends before they fire — an 80% warning, a protective cap, and explicit owner opt-in.
Autonomy the owner stays in control of.
